Where IS MAL Entertainment Located?

MAL Entertainment has offices in Austin, Texas and Los Angeles, California. However we service all lower 48 states with Equipment and Technicians in Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Tennessee, and Florida.

Projection Screen Services are currently only available in California and Texas.

What Happens If Weather Is Bad?

The weather is one thing we cannot control. We do everything in our power to facilitate alternative options and be flexible in the case of bad weather.

Projection Screen events are covered under our Weather Assurance Plan which entitles our customers to postpone their rental in the event of inclement weather and reschedule on a date of their choosing within 6 months of the original event date. Reschedule Dates subject to availability.

Mobile LED Trailer events proceed rain or shine, but can be postponed and rescheduled within 6 months of the original event date if there is a weather emergency (Tornados, Wildfires, Hurricanes, Floods, Earthquakes, etc.). Reschedule Dates subject to availability.

There are no refunds for weather related cancellations or postponements.

Is MAL Entertainment Insured?

MAL Entertainment is covered under a $2 Million General Liability Policy and your organization can be named as Additionally Insured once a Rental Agreement has been completed upon request.

I’m Ready To Book, How Do I Get Equipment Reserved For My Event?

Please reach out to our team by email at events@mal-entertainment.com or by phone at (737) 316 2228 so we can review your event details with you and send you a Rental Agreement. Once a Rental Agreement has been signed and a Deposit has been made your event is confirmed and the equipment is reserved for you!
